Fly into Evenes, Norway
Follow in the footsteps of Vikings with our multi-activity adventure to epic Lofoten. This one-of-a-kind trip allows you to explore the island via a number of different activities, including paddleboarding, hiking, cycling and kayaking. Expert guides will lead you each day in a new sport, all against the background of the island’s raw beauty.
Stay in a cosy Norwegian hotel with proper spa facilities-sauna, hot tub, and Arctic Ocean access for post-adventure recovery. In the evening enjoy two-course dinners featuring seasonal Norwegian dishes, then hit the gin bar stocked with Lofoten's biggest selection. Six days, multiple sports, one unforgettable island.
Location
Head to the edge of the Arctic Circle, where Lofoten stretches 100 miles into the Norwegian Sea. Face one way from our base on the east of the island and there's an endless sea dotted with tiny islands. Turn around and mountains dominate every view. The summer brings with it long days under the midnight sun, turning cross-country ski routes into hiking paths as the snow melts away. It’s remote enough to feel wild, but accessible enough to reach from Evenes Airport in 2.5 hours.
Activities
Hiking
Trek to Djevelporten - the Devil's Gate - where jagged mountain peaks frame views across Lofoten's islands and Arctic waters. Navigate mountain trails, gorges, and river crossings on two incredible hikes. Your expert guide will explain the geology, wildlife, and local legends as you climb toward viewpoints that stretch out across the Norwegian Sea.
