We take the stress out of organising, so you can focus on the good times together, rather than chasing down deposits. Simply choose an adventure and we’ll take it from there.

All you have to do is gather your group, choose a date and prepare for a challenge and a good time.

We have spent a lot of time planning and vetting the local suppliers to ensure we always offer a high-quality experience for every group, so we ask that you choose an itinerary you see on the website. However, we can make some small changes, like swapping a hike for wine tasting or adding extra yoga sessions. Get in touch to discuss.
Absolutely. A private trip is for everyone, so you’re welcome to include kids. However, make sure that you choose a trip that has suitable activities for their ages.
Yes. Mixed groups are welcome, which makes these trips ideal for family or friend get-togethers.
This depends on the trip. On some trips we can take up to 7 people. On others it’s up to 12.
We’d recommend starting to look at least six months ahead. Putting a private trip together takes time, and the earlier you come to us, the more chance we have of getting you the dates and the details you want.
We can sometimes squeeze a trip in at shorter notice if we have availability, so if you’re working to a tighter timeline, get in touch and we’ll see what’s possible.
All of our private group adventures are based on trips we already run. Choose one from the website and run it as a private group trip with all the same activities: kayaking, paddle boarding, yoga and skiing, to name a few.
