Types of Skiing Explained: Alpine, Nordic, Touring & SkateYour next adventure, made easy
We rate every trip on fitness and skill, and we won't talk you into one that isn't right for you. If a day is long, cold or tough, you'll know before you book.
When we say everything, we really mean it. No faffing around splitting the dinner bill, no bonus activities to pay for on the day. Flights are the one thing you book yourself, and we recommend options that suit the trip.
Our partners have financial protection in place. If something doesn't go to plan, your money is safe.
Working closely with local businesses, we make sure every guide and instructor is thoroughly vetted on quality and experience.
Guests leave positive reviews and return time after time. We think that speaks for itself.
Feeling flush? Pay for your trip upfront. Otherwise, you can pay a deposit and settle up later on.
Unique adventure holidays
We put a lot into every trip – piloting, refining and perfecting each adventure. From the moment you hit ‘book’ until you head home, we’ve thought through every detail. Here is what that looks like:
We’ve got you covered
If you cancel 45 days or more before the departure date, your 30% deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel less than 45 days before the departure date, 100% of the trip cost is non-refundable.
We do not offer rescheduling, so our standard cancellation policy applies. You can see the charges under “What’s your cancellation policy?” above.
Cancellation is only effective from the date we receive it in writing by email, and your travel insurance may cover you depending on the reason.
Due to the locations and availability of facilities, this is trip dependent. Please review the FAQs for each trip to ensure that your dietary requirements can be catered for.
While we can’t specifically advise or recommend insurance, these could be worth checking out for their policies and cover:
Yes, we’re happy to chat through any questions you might have before booking. You can book a call with us. We’re a friendly bunch and happy to help – no question is too small or silly.
We obsess over the details and spend a lot of time researching our partners and the locations where we take our guests. We want to take you to unexpected destinations, so that’s always at the forefront of our minds when researching a new trip. Whenever possible, we’ll visit the location, thoroughly vet our instructors and partners and confirm everything with countless discussions and calls. Then we pilot, refine and perfect every trip over time to ensure the best experience!
Absolutely, as we don’t include flights in our trips, we’re happy to help you find the best options. We’ll also share detailed packing lists and information on how you can prepare fitness-wise. By the time your trip starts, you’ll be so ready for the adventure!
We need a minimum number of guests on each trip, so we recommend that you wait until your trip meets that minimum before you book flights. We’ll keep you posted on this. Then we will let you know the best flight and travel options, so you can get booked in.
Except for flights, it’s everything! From accommodation and meals to equipment and transfers. Unlike some other companies, we don’t believe in surprise add-ons. We do recommend you bring a bit of extra ‘pocket money’ for extras like ice cream or souvenirs. Each trip page offers a detailed breakdown of what is and isn’t included, so it’s super clear for you.
We do not offer any discounts and maintain fair pricing all year round. We believe in meticulous planning, delivering real value and high-quality experiences, while making sure our partners are paid fairly; our prices are a reflection of this approach. We genuinely believe they’re worth it!
We don’t offer payment by instalment. Our payment terms are as follows:
For trips more than 45 days away: Secure your place with a 30% deposit.
For trips less than 45 days away: Full payment is required.
As we work on an ‘everything included’ approach, we cannot give discounts for guests who choose not to drink wine with dinner.
Although everything is included (activities, meals, accommodation), we recommend bringing some extra money (in the local currency) in case you want to have another glass of wine, an extra ice cream or buy some souvenirs. In some countries, like Norway, everything is cashless. We’ll let you know either way in the trip guide.
Once you’ve booked a trip, you’ll be invited to log in to the guest portal. Here you’ll find all the information you need about your adventure: payment details, dates, travel information, packing lists and all FAQs related to that trip specifically.
