Off the Tourist Trail
Sardinia’s east coast flies under the radar and that’s exactly why it’s worth your time.
Paddle turquoise waters to beaches only reachable by sea or on foot, hike through towering limestone canyon walls that feel genuinely remote and cover coastal tracks on an eBike with the Gulf of Orosei laid out below you. The local guides know this coastline inside out, which means you’ll see places off the tourist trail.
Evenings are all about proper Sardinian food: dinners at local restaurants, one night at a traditional shepherd’s farm, and a pasta-making workshop where you roll, shape and eat your own dinner. Leave with tired legs, a full stomach, and a serious Sardinia habit.

Activity Overview
eBikes give you the freedom to cover ground without destroying your legs. You’ll still work up a sweat on the climbs, but the electric assist means you can enjoy the views instead of just surviving them. The bike’s boost will power you along coastal routes, scenic dirt roads and panoramic tracks overlooking the Gulf of Orosei.
Activity Overview
Sardinia’s east coast is a hiker’s paradise. There’s no crowds and no phone signal, just you and one of Europe’s deepest canyons. The route takes you through towering limestone cliffs and rugged mountain terrain that feels wild and remote. It’s challenging, it’s beautiful, and by the time you’re done, you’ll have that deep-in-your-bones satisfaction that only comes from a big day outdoors.
Activity Overview
Kayaking along Sardinia’s coastline gives you a perspective you can’t get any other way. Limestone cliffs tower out of the water as you paddle turquoise seas to a secluded white sand beach. It’s active, it’s fun, and it’s a real adventure as you pull up on a bay only accessible by foot or sea.
The Destination
Your adventure starts here
Touch down, unpack, and settle into your room.
Have dinner together. Get to know your group, hear what everyone's signed up for (spoiler: adventure), and fuel up for the days ahead. We'll talk you through the week and answer any questions over good local food.
After breakfast, hike to one of Europe's deepest canyons. The route takes you through towering limestone walls and rugged terrain.
Do the return leg of the hike with an optional dip in the cold river pools. Fair warning: it's really "refreshing".
Traditional shepherd dinner under the stars. Slow-cooked meats, fresh local cheeses, pane carasau (crispy Sardinian flatbread), and stories around the table.
Today's an eBike adventure through the countryside. We'll pick the route based on the weather and how everyone's feeling.
Lunch is either packed or at a local shepherd's ovile (think: rustic, no-frills, delicious). Then we’ll keep riding, taking it all in.
Dinner at the hotel. Stretch, relax and get ready to do it all again tomorrow.
Time to get on the water. Paddle along dramatic cliffs, turquoise seas, and hidden coves.
Pull up at a quiet beach for lunch. Swim, dry off in the sun, and get your photos before paddling back.
Learn to roll, shape, and cook fresh Sardinian pasta at a pasta-making workshop. The best bit? You get to eat it. There's something deeply satisfying about making your own dinner after a full day on the water.
Breakfast, pack up, and say your goodbyes before getting the transfer back to Olbia airport.

The answers
No experience is needed across any of the three activities. This trip is beginner-friendly, you just need to be up for giving everything a go and have the fitness to back it up. You do need to be able to ride a bike well though.
You need a solid base level of fitness as three full days of activity means you’ll be moving your body in different ways every day. If you do regular cardio and can manage a few hours of activity without stopping, you’ll be fine.
Full and active. You’ll be out from morning until late afternoon, with breaks built in for lunch and the occasional swim. The canyon hike is a full day out-and-back route, and the eBike day covers 25km through varied terrain. The kayaking day is several hours on the water with beach stops.
eBikes and helmets, kayaks, paddles, life jackets, and hiking poles are all provided. You just need to bring the right clothing and footwear for each activity.
For hiking: sturdy boots or trail shoes with good grip, quick-dry layers, a light waterproof jacket. For eBiking: comfortable athletic wear, trainers, layers you can strip off. For kayaking: swimwear, quick-dry shorts or leggings, a rash vest or long-sleeve top for sun protection, and water shoes or old trainers — the beaches are pebbly.

Warm and sunny, typically 25°C plus with plenty of sunshine, although there’s always the chance of a rain storm too. We recommend checking the weather before you finalise your packing.
The itinerary is fully flexible and there are several alternative options if the weather is too extreme. Flexibility around this itinerary is a key part of this trip to ensure things are kept safe whilst you still have full fun days of activity.
