Cancellation

  • You can cancel your booking at any time by emailing us with your name, the trip you booked, and the date it's due to take place.

More than 30 days before the event:
You’ll receive a 50% refund of your payment.

Less than 30 days before the event:
Unfortunately, no refund is possible. This is because it's unlikely we’ll be able to fill your space at short notice.

All cancellations must be made in writing via email. We’ll confirm your cancellation and any applicable refund. If a refund is due, it will be returned to your account within 5–10 working days.

  • If you can no longer attend but don’t want to cancel, we may be able to reschedule your booking, provided we can fill your spot.

    • Rescheduling is only possible if we’re able to find someone else to take your place.

    • If we do fill your spot, you’ll receive a credit voucher for the amount you paid, minus a £20 admin fee.

    • Your credit can be used to rebook any Gutsy Girls Day Event and is valid for 6 months from the date it's issued.

    Please note:

    • If we can't fill your spot, unfortunately rescheduling won’t be possible and your payment is non-refundable.

    • If you want to reschedule because the weather forecast for your event is looking like it will rain, it is highly unlikely that your spot will fill. We recommend joining us in the rain, bring a raincoat!

    • The earlier you let us know, the better chance we have of filling your space—last-minute requests are rarely successful.
