Sardinia Multi-activity Adventure

We provide:

What to Bring:

Hiking & E-biking Kit

  • Small daypack (15-20L) for carrying your daily essentials

  • Hiking boots or sturdy trail shoes (not running trainers)

  • Quick-dry t-shirts

  • Long-sleeve tops for sun protection

  • Lightweight mid-layer

  • Waterproof and windproof jacket

  • Light insulated or down jacket for cooler mornings and evenings

  • Hiking trousers, leggings, or shorts (quick-dry and breathable)

  • Hiking socks

  • Sunglasses

  • Sun hat or cap

  • Waterproof trousers (optional, but handy if the weather turns)

Kayaking Day

  • Swimwear

  • Quick-dry shorts or leggings

  • Rash vest or long-sleeve top for sun protection on the water

  • Water shoes or old trainers you don't mind getting wet

Evenings

  • Casual clothes for dinners

  • Sleepwear

  • Toiletries

  • Any prescription medication

  • Compeed or moleskin for blisters, just in case

Other Essentials

  • High-factor sunscreen and lip balm (the Sardinian sun is no joke)

  • Quick-dry towel

  • Dry bags to keep your kit organized and dry inside your daypack

  • Water bottle or hydration pack (at least 2 litres capacity)

  • Snacks for the trail

  • Basic first aid (paracetamol/ibuprofen, magnesium, electrolytes)

  • Insect repellent

  • Waterproof phone case

  • Camera

  • Snorkel

  • Binoculars (great if you're into wildlife spotting)
