Norway Multi-Activity Adventure

We Provide:

  • Kit needed for each activity - kayaks, life jackets, wetsuits,  e-bikes, helmets

  • Glacier equipment - crampons and a harness

What to Bring:

Activities:

  • 20-25L backpack (for carrying belongings on hikes/cycle, plus glacier equipment for the hike)

  • A range of lightweight, breathable layers that can be easily added or removed to suit changing conditions for cycling and hiking:

    • Quick dry t-shirts

    • Woolen base layers (top and bottom)

    • Lightweight fleece / jumpers

    • Breathable, waterproof jacket and trousers

    • Summer hiking trousers, leggings or shorts

    • Packable down jacket

  • Hiking socks 

  • Mittens/gloves

  • Swimwear

  • Hiking boots (mandatory for the glacier hike)

  • Trail running shoes or hiking trainers (optional)

Evenings:

  • Casual evening clothes 

  • Sleepwear

  • Light fleece or jacket for the evenings

  • Trainers or sandals for wearing in the hotel

Other items:

  • Water bottle(s) or water bladder (2 litres capacity)

  • Cap / sun hat and beanie

  • Buff

  • Sunglasses

  • SPF Lip balm

  • Sunscreen

  • Quick-dry Towel

  • Waterproof case for phone (optional)

  • Floating strap for sunglasses (optional)

  • Personal medication

  • Insect repellent 

  • Bite cream

  • Compeed / plasters

  • Travel adapter (standard European 2-pin plug)

  • Small dry bag (optional) 

  • Lunch box (optional)
