Lofoten Multi-Activity Adventure
Please also use the weather forecast here to inform your packing. If it is going to be cold, you will need more layers and warmer outer layers!
We provide:
Kit needed for each activity - paddleboards, kayaks, bikes
Cycle helmets
Life jackets
Shared hairdryers
Lunch box
Toiletries (shampoo and body wash)
What to Bring:
Activities
Small 20-30L backpack (for carrying belongings on hikes/cycle)
Swimwear (a couple of sets) at least one for sauna and one for under a wet suit
A range of lightweight, breathable layers that can be easily added or removed to suit changing conditions for cycling and hiking:
Quick dry t-shirts
Long sleeve lightweight t-shirts
A breathable, waterproof and windproof shell jacket
Summer hiking trousers, leggings or shorts
Trainers for cycling - hiking boots are mandatory for the hikes
Water bottle(s) or water bladder - at least 2 litres capacity (insulated bottles keep water cooler if warmer weather is forecast)
Optional
Warmer thermal base layer (merino wool recommended)
Lightweight fleece or mid-layer
Cap / sun hat and beanie
Sunglasses
SPF Lip balm
Sunscreen
Quick-dry Towel
Waterproof case for phone
Floating strap for sunglasses
Dry bag (to keep items dry whilst kayaking/paddleboarding
Water shoes or neoprene socks and gloves for cold water dips/swims
Evenings
Casual evening clothes
Sleepwear
Light fleece or jacket for the evenings
Personal
Personal medication
Insect repellent
Bite cream
Travel adapter (standard European 2-pin plug)

Compeed / plasters
Cash (payments can all be made on card)
Small dry bag (for kayak/SUP and to keep items dry in backpack)
Binoculars (optional but useful if you like wildlife)
