Hiking, E-biking & Via Ferrata Kit:
Daypack (15-20L) for carrying your daily essentials
Hiking boots (preferably, high-cut boots)
Quick-dry t-shirts
Fleece jacket
Wicking t-shirts (not cotton)
Long-sleeve tops for sun protection (not cotton)
Waterproof and windproof jacket
Light insulated or down jacket for cooler mornings and evenings
Hiking trousers, leggings, or shorts (quick-dry and breathable)
Hiking socks
Waterproof trousers (optional, but handy in changeable mountain weather)
Rafting Kit:
Swimwear
T-shirt or microfleece worn under the wetsuit
Travel towel (microfibre)
Water shoes or old trainers you don't mind getting wet
Rubber slippers
Other Stuff:
Warmer layers for the evenings as the weather can be changeable.
Sleepwear
Dry bags to keep your kit organized and dry inside your daypack
Sunglasses
Floating Ssunglasses strap - to keep them safe
Swimwear
Flipflops or sandals for wellness centre/aquagardens
Sun hat or cap
Water bottle(s) - at least 2 litres capacity
Rehydration tablets if the weather looks hot
High factor sun-cream / sun block.

Compeed or moleskin for blisters, just in case
