Terms and Conditions Template for Shar Outdoors Activity Packages and Holidays

  1. Booking Policy

30% deposit is required to secure your spot, with the remainder due to 45 days prior to the arrival date. If your request for arrival is less than 45 days we request full payment in advance. As soon as you are ready to finalise your booking we require a 30% non refundable pre payment.

2. Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • Cancellation fee of 30% of the full trip cost is charged if cancelled 45 days or more before the trip

  • Cancellation fee of 100% of the full trip cost is charged if cancelled 44 days or less before the trip

3. Exclusions

We cannot offer refunds for missed reservations, early departures, turbulent weather/extreme avalanche danger, snow conditions, or force majeure events beyond COVID – 19 pandemic, and are not responsible for additional expenses incurred in preparing the trip (e.g. airline tickets, visa applications fees, equipment purchases etc.)

4. Rights Reserved

We reserve the right to cancel a tour at any time due to unsettled political, social or environmental events, at which time we will offer a refund of all payments made.

5. Trip Disclaimer

Our guides have the right to change the program  or cancel due to unexpected conditions in order to provide maximum safety for the group. All participants should be reasonably fit and must have proper equipment. Items can be provided by Sharoutdoors.

6. Lost or Damaged Equipment

As mentioned in the tours description we can provide you the necessary equipment for accomplishing the adventure tours, equipment such as, skis, snowboards,  ski crampons, boot crampons, skins, snowshoes, boots, e-bikes, helmets, avalanche transceivers, shovel, probe, avalanche airbags, ski poles, ski clothing and etc.

Normal use wear is expected and basic maintenance is included in your rental fee. This includes small rips or damages that can be easily repaired. In more extreme cases, additional repair fees will be applied based on the degree of destruction and the item’s value at the given time.
