Terms and Conditions : Hiking with Marcela Moravkova

By booking this activity you agree to the Terms and Conditions of our Provider:

1) Your Contract

By booking and participating in an activity with Marcela Moravkova, you (the participant) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Gutsy Girls Ltd acts as a booking agent only. Your contract is with us, the event provider.

2) Intellectual Property

All hikes organised and guided by Marcela Moravkova for Gutsy Girls are intellectual property of Marcela Moravkova and can be used by Gutsy Girls only in the case of Marcela Moravkova guiding the mentioned hikes herself

3) Qualification

Marcela Moravkova is a qualified Lowland Leader with Outdoor First Aid Certificate and with Liability Insurance cover needed to safely guide groups of up to 12 people at time. She is an experienced guide with 2 years of experience leading organised one day group hikes.

4) Group size

Walks will need a minimum of 5 people signed up to be run. The maximum number of people in a group for a one day hike is 12 as per her insurance cover.

5) Cancellation by the Participant:

Once you have confirmed your booking, no rescheduling or refunds are possible.

6) Cancellation by the Supplier:

We may cancel or reschedule the activity due to:

- Unsafe weather or environmental conditions

- Staff illness or emergency

- Venue or equipment issues

- Minimum numbers not being met (if applicable)

- Force majeure (see section 8)

If we cancel, we will offer:

- A full refund, or

- The option to reschedule, or

- A credit note

We are not liable for any additional costs you incur, including travel, accommodation, or lost income.

7) Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

All paying participants of day hikes organised by Gutsy Girls and led by Marcela Moravkova understand all dangers, possible injuries and possible death whilst participating in hiking activities in the great outdoors and are joining the hikes at their own risk.

8) Safety & Conduct

All paying participants of hikes led by Marcela Moravkova and organised by Gutsy Girls will follow any and all safety advice and instructions including:

- Suggested kit list, suitable footwear and suitable hiking clothing

- Following the country code of Respect, Protect, Enjoy and Leave No Trace.

Participants of the hike not following safety advice and instruction could lead to the participants not being allowed to join the group and follow through with the planned one day hike with no refund guaranteed.

9) Photography & Media Use

- Marcela Moravkova is an owner of all photographs and videos taken by her for the mentioned hikes and during mentioned hikes and Marcela Moravkova and her work is protected by CDPA of 1988.

- Gutsy Girls are allowed to use photographs by Marcela Moravkova only whilst Gutsy Girls and Marcela Moravkova are collaborating together.

- In the event of the end of the mentioned collaboration between Marcela Moravkova and Gutsy Girls, Gutsy Girls are allowed to use mentioned photos only in the case of Marcela Moravkova being mentioned as photographer of photos used.
