What to Bring:
Clothing
Warm, waterproof hiking boots that come over the ankle (or hire for 100 NOK)
Base layers (thermal tops and bottoms made of Merino wool or synthetic equivalent. Never cotton)
Thick warm socks (wool recommended)
Warm insulated jacket (down or synthetic/PrimaLoft)
Lightweight fleece or mid-layer
Breathable, waterproof and windproof shell jacket
Breathable soft shell waterproof and windproof trousers
Warm mid layers (fleece or wool sweaters)
Insulated hiking trousers (for under your snowmobile suit - make sure they’re not too bulky or restrictive)
Thin liner gloves (for underneath your mittens)
Warm hat
Buff
Warm casual clothing (for evenings)
Warm sleepwear
Thick slippers or indoor shoes with a waterproof sole(for hostel & cabin)
Other
Backpack to carry our kit during the expedition (30 - 40L)
Small day pack (20L)
Dry bags (for inside your pack to keep your kit organised and dry)

Compeed or moleskin for blisters, just in case!
