What to Bring:
Hiking and cycling kit:
Hiking boots or trail running shoes
A range of lightweight, breathable layers that can be easily added or removed to suit changing conditions:
Quick dry t-shirts
Long sleeve lightweight t-shirts for sun protection
Lightweight fleece or mid-layer
A breathable, waterproof jacket
Summer hiking trousers, leggings or shorts
A selection of socks
Sunglasses
Sun hat / cap
Buff
Cycling gloves (optional)
Waterproof trousers - optional but very useful in case of rain, wind or cold weather.
15-20L backpack to carry your items and water during the day (optional with waterproof cover)
Hiking poles (optional)
SUP:
Swimwear
Quick-dry shorts or leggings
UV protection t-shirt / rash vest
Water shoes - (shoes you can get wet for exiting the water on sharp rocks. Avoid wetsuit booties as these are hard to get on and off, flip flops are not secure enough)
Sunglasses strap - to keep them safe
Small dry bag for wet swimwear
Shorty wetsuit/long john wetsuit (optional)
Evenings:
Casual evening clothes
Jumper or coat for evenings
Night wear
Toiletries and personal items
Any prescription medication
Compeed or moleskin for blisters, just in case!
Other medication eg. paracetamol/ibuprofen, Magnesium
Electrolytes (optional)
Sandals/lightweight trainers (for the hotel)
Other Stuff:
Water bottle or hydration pack (at least 2L)
Sunscreen (high factor) and SPF lip salve
