"Gutsy Girls” is the trading name, run by Natalie Bannister. Gutsy Girls is a community and travel company. We act as a portal for you to connect with likeminded women, through events, weekend retreats and holidays ‘experiences'. We work with instructors, activity provides, accommodation providers, tour operators, guides and travel providers 'providers' from around the world, for who Gutsy Girls works as an agent.

The aim of this website and our service to provide access to holiday services available from tour operators, accommodation providers and other service providers (together ‘provider(s)) Where possible, Gutsy Girls run exclusive events, trips, weekends,’experiences' (together ‘provider(s)’) and holidays with a ‘supplier’.

Gutsy Girls may also offer partner ‘experiences’, advertising non exclusive Gutsy Girl trips from ‘provider(s)’ 

When booking an ‘experience’ you enter into a booking contract between you and the ‘provider’ and is subject to their terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to check these before booking and entering into an agreement. 

Gutsy Girls hand picks all ‘providers’ whilst the upmost care has been taken to ensure you receive the best service from the ‘providers’ you agree that Gutsy Girls is not responsible for any other terms, conditions, warranties or representation associated with such dealings, are solely between you and the relevant provider, and are done so at your own risk. 

We strongly recommend you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking an ‘experience’. You agree not to hold Gutsy Girls responsible or for any inconveniences, financial losses, injury from the ‘experience'


When you make a booking with Gutsy Girls, you make payment either directly to the ‘provider’ or via Gutsy Girls. 

Gutsy Girls will provide the terms and conditions for each provider at the time of booking, including the details of deposit and balance payments and cancellation policies. These will vary depending on the ‘provider’.

When payment is direct to Gutsy Girls, we will provide you the terms and conditions of your trip booking from the ‘provider’. You will enter an agreement between you and the ‘provider’.

Holidays and Weekend Retreats Cancellations

If you need to cancel, this may be subject to cancellation fees and/or non refundable deposits, these will be outlined in the terms and conditions of the ‘provider’. 

Your reason for cancellation may be able to reclaim charges on your travel insurance. 

Holidays and Weekend Retreats - Cancellation by Holiday Provider

Gutsy Girls and ‘providers’ retain the right to cancel ‘experiences’ or make changes to the ‘experience’. These will be set out by the terms and conditions of the ‘provider’. 

In all circumstances, Gutsy Girls will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to offer alternative dates and arrangements. 

Events Cancellations by Gutsy Girls

‘Providers’ and Gutsy Girls retain the right to cancel any ‘Gutsy Girls Events’ Events will have a minimum sign up requirement, if this is not met within 7 days of the event, Gutsy Girls may cancel the event and offer a full refund. 

‘Providers’ retain the right to cancel events, due to conditions and safety concerns. Gutsy Girls will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and arrange refunds or transfer you onto another event. Gutsy Girls and the ‘provider’ are not responsible for any financial lose due to cancellation. 

Events Cancellations by you. 

No refunds will be issued for non attendance or through cancellation.

Personal Responsibility

Taking part in activities, adventure sports, action sports carries a high risk of damage, personal injury or death. By booking an ‘experience’ with Gutsy Girls you agree that Gutsy Girls is not responsible for any injury, damage to property or death. 

Gutsy Girls does not accept or assume any responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries or even death occurred while taking part in any ‘experience’. 

On some ‘experiences’ you may choose to share a car with other clients booked on the the ‘experience’. Gutsy Girls is in no way responsible for any risk, injury or death occurred through car sharing. 

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Gift Vouchers are redeemable against Gutsy Girls Events, Weekend Retreats and Holidays. 

Some exception may apply to Gutsy Girls holidays when payment is made directly to the provider. Please contact us to discuss the restrictions.

Gift Vouchers are not valid on payments towards the Gutsy Girls Norway SUP Adventure.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year from purchase.

No refunds or cash alternatives are available on Gutsy Girls Gift Vouchers.

Booking terms and conditions for events, retreats and holidays will apply when redeeming a Gutsy Girls Gift Voucher.

Postage of Gift Vouchers 

Gutsy Girls will provide you with a physical version of the Gift Voucher for you to give to your recipient. You will be send a Gift Voucher and Card.

If you’d like Gutsy Girls to send your Gift Card and Voucher directly to the recipient, please give us the name, address and message at the time of purchase.

Postage Costs for Gift Vouchers is £2.00 and includes a Gift Card for you to present the Gift Voucher in.

Orders will be sent out within two working days of order.

Sizing guides and descriptions have been provided for the items.

The price of Postage and Packaging is included in the cost of your item. Orders are send via Royal Mail, 1st Class service for the cost of £3.45 included in with your purchase.

We will aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of ordering.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not happy with your order you can return this item to Gutsy Girls in a new condition. 

You will be refunded the cost of the item, minus the cost of postage at £3.45

You are responsible for the costs of sending back the item, we recommend a tracked postage as we will not be able to refund any items lost in the post.

Gutsy Girls Standup Paddleboarding Events in London

Gutsy Girls Stand Up Paddleboarding events are run and operated by Active360. By booking through Gutsy Girls you agree to the terms and conditions set out by Active360.

Weather conditions for Gutsy Girls Standup Paddleboarding in London

Whilst we endeavour to carry out our SUP sessions, minimum numbers, instructor availability and weather conditions (If it is very windy or there is torrential rain meaning poor visibility) may mean we have to reschedule your lesson.  We will always contact you to advise you as soon as we are able to discuss the options with you. 

Session Cancellation Policy for Stand Up Paddleboarding in London.

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy on our SUP sessions. Should you cancel your session after the 48-our window has closed, you may be charged for the session and not issued a replacement session.  No refunds are given for missed or cancelled sessions. Cancellations have to be submitted at least 2 days in advance to receive a refund minus a 10% administration fee.

If you cancel before the 48-our minimum notice period, you can reschedule by using the link on your confirmation email.  All rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.  Active360 and Gutsy Girls reserves the right to change their publicised timetable depending on client demand and instructor availability. 

We reserve the right to substitute instructors without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel a class on any given day. If this occurs, you will be offered a suitable alternative or full refund for that session.

Returning Paddlers

You can only join as a returning paddler after you have completed an introduction session by Active360. Any ‘returning paddlers’ bookings that have not completed a introduction session will be cancelled and no refunds will be given.
