I’ve already SUPed before, can I skip the Intro Session?

The land based lesson will be super short and most of the session will be on the water! Due to health and safety reasons, active360 require that you do the introduction session.

Will I fall in?

Stand Up Paddleboards are wide and well balanced, so you shouldn’t fall in! We can provide wetsuits if you prefer and there will be changing rooms and showers available at the location.

What should I wear?

Sports wear and trainers you don’t mind getting wet. On our Thames Sessions we will wade into the water, so remember to bring a spare pair of shoes for the way home!

We recommend you bring a spare pair of clothes incase you take a swim. We have a lock up to store your belongings.

I can’t convince a friend to join me, will I be the only one coming solo?

We encourage all Gutsy Girls to come down solo to meet you friends, feel free to bring along a friend if you want though, the more the merrier!
